We want you to be completely happy with your order, and we take pride in making sure every bottle leaves us in perfect condition. However, because we sell alcoholic products, there are some important rules about returns and refunds.

1. Returns
Due to food and alcohol safety regulations, we’re unable to accept returns of opened bottles under any circumstances.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your delivery. including your order number and a brief description (and photo, if possible) of the issue.

2. Refunds
Once your return or issue has been reviewed, we’ll confirm whether you’re eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3–5 working days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

3. Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to cancel and refund your order before it’s shipped, but once it’s been collected or dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it.

If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking details first. If it still hasn’t arrived, get in touch and we’ll contact the courier to resolve it.
